By accessing and using the Send Me To Vegas Tours website and booking our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Additionally, when using our services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Age Requirement

All participants must be 21 years of age or older to participate in any of our nightlife tours, daylife experiences, and adventure excursions. A valid government-issued ID is required for entry into all venues. We reserve the right to verify age and deny service to anyone who does not meet the age requirement.

3. Booking and Reservations

All tours and experiences must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or authorized booking partners. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Booking confirmation will be sent via email with all relevant details including meeting points, times, and what to bring.

• Special requests are subject to availability and additional charges

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and do not include gratuities, hotel pickup/drop-off (unless specified), or personal expenses. Payment is required at the time of booking.

• We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods
• Prices do not include service fees - these will be calculated at checkout
• Promotional discounts cannot be combined with other offers
• Group discounts available for parties of 6 or more

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while maintaining our commitment to service quality:

• 72+ hours before: Full refund
• 48-72 hours before: 50% refund
• Less than 48 hours: No refund
• No-show: No refund

Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process. Tours canceled by Send Me To Vegas Tours due to unforeseen circumstances (severe weather, safety concerns) will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.

6. Conduct and Behavior

All guests are expected to maintain appropriate conduct throughout the tour experience. We reserve the right to deny service or remove participants who:

• Are visibly intoxicated or under the influence of substances
• Exhibit aggressive or disorderly behavior
• Fail to comply with venue rules and regulations
• Cause damage to property or harm to others
• Refuse to provide valid ID upon request

No refunds will be issued for removal due to conduct violations.

7. Transportation Services

Our VIP transportation services include luxury party buses and professional drivers. Please note:

• Pickup times are approximate and may vary due to traffic
• Transportation is only available within the Las Vegas metropolitan area
• Guests must be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time
• Smoking and glass containers are not permitted in vehicles
• We are not responsible for items left in vehicles

8. Venue Access and VIP Benefits

Our VIP access services provide priority entry and exclusive benefits at partner venues. Please understand:

• Venue access is subject to venue policies and capacity limits
• Dress code requirements must be followed - venue management has final say on entry
• Cover charges may apply and are not included in tour pricing unless specified
• VIP benefits (free drinks, bottle service) are subject to venue participation
• We cannot guarantee specific table locations or drink selections

9. Weather and Environmental Conditions

Adventure tours and outdoor excursions are subject to weather conditions. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund. Extreme heat warnings may require tour modifications for safety.

10. Liability Waiver

By booking a tour, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with nightlife, transportation, and adventure activities. You agree to:

• Assume all risks associated with participation
• Release Send Me To Vegas Tours from liability
• Maintain adequate personal insurance
• Follow all safety guidelines provided

A liability waiver must be signed before participation in any tour or experience.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Send Me To Vegas Tours and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

12. Third-Party Services

We partner with third-party venues and service providers to deliver our experiences. We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or services of these partners. Their terms and conditions may also apply to your experience.
